Cancellation policy

  • Free cancellation
    Cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. Any deposits already paid will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellation from the 9th to the 3rd day before arrival
    During this period, we charge 70% of the travel price.

  • Cancellation from the 2nd day before arrival as well as in case of no-show
    In case of cancellation from the 2nd day before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the travel price will be charged.

  • Legal provisions
    The legal provisions apply in accordance with Articles 45–67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 206/2005).
